GUA Contribution to Diaper Drive

GearUp Academy, by its very nature, is home to a group of students who are have-nots. However despite this fact, our students managed to raise $100 for a donation to the ABC12/ELGA credit union diaper drive, which is approximately 800 diapers for families with infants who can't afford it in the Flint area. We're very proud of our students and their generosity, as well as grateful to ABC12 for featuring us on their program.
