What is GearUp Academy?

GearUp Academy, is self paced virtual public high school program that operates via Fenton Area Public Schools. GearUp provides opportunities for students to cultivate a growth mindset and develop the social and emotional skills needed to succeed.

Mission

We will help our students develop their abilities and fulfill their hopes and dreams, and do it in a way that benefits them as well as the community at large.   

The Academy:

1. Provides an opportunity to earn your high school diploma early..

2. Provides an opportunity for credit recovery.

3. Provides access to certified teachers in each subject.

4. Encourages students to work and have lives outside of school.

5. Requires 20 credits to graduate.
